Police presence closes portion of Kelowna’s rail trail

RCMP say there is no risk to the public

Kelowna RCMP is asking people to stay away from the rail trail between Leathead Road and Dilworth Drive.

A media statement from the RCMP says investigators are expected to be on scene for most of the day while dealing with the situation.

Police have not released any details about the incident but say there is no risk to the public.
