Residents of 539 Yates Road, the Verve complex, were evacuated due to a fire on the fourth floor of the building.
Kelowna fire crews responded to the scene just after 12:30 p.m. Sunday.
Sprinklers on the fourth floor are said to have gone off. The small fire has been put out.
The cause of the blaze is not known at this time.
